Webhook is active but doesn' fire

Hi all,

we are testing our api application for Adobe Sign, but we are experiencing problems with webhook. The webhook is active and validated, and yesterday and early in the morning today was working. Now it has stopped working and doesn't fire responding to our tests (create agreement, reject it, ...)

Is there any problem in European data centers? We are settled in Italy.
