Webhook passes wrong event

Trying to do a simple test for the webhooks using a Developer account and the webhook is firing at the right times, but the details of the event don't seem to be correct.  For example, this morning I created and new agreement and signed it 14 minutes later.  My local logs are showing I received webhook events at the right times, but on both occasions the event was AGREEMENT_CREATED for an agreement I created last week.

There was a problem with my webhook code at the time this agreement was created, but that is fixed and it is now returning a 204 response - is there any way to see the webhook activity/events that were sent?
