What about the documents at the end of a subscription, and regarding Japan

Hi,I'd like to know what happened to a document/PDF already signed, at the expiration of a plan.In other words, if the subscription ends, the document it's still accessible, verificable and have legal value?And besides that, the documents signed in this way can be also signed and to be recognized as legal value in Japan?Regards

Hi Sparkling,

If you are referring to the end of Adobe Sign subscription, the account will still be active and you will be able to access the documents as you used to be. Only the services will not be available for you.

So, there will be no change in access of the documents and the legality of the document.
