What Adobe plan is needed to use Adobe Acrobat Sign API?

Hello, I wanted to ask which plan is needed to use the Adobe Acrobat Sign API (for example, for using external integrations in HubSpot, Salesforce, and others)?
I could not find a direct answer on the pricing page.
Is the Acrobat Sign Enterprise service plan still required, or has something changed?

To use the Acrobat Sign API, you will either need an Enterprise Account or a developer account with Acrobat Sign.
