What do I need to connect Adobe sign to Make (formerly Integromat?

Hi guys,

I want to send an agreement to an email address belonging to a HubSpot record. I already connected HubSpot to Make and can retrieve the email correctly. What subscription do I need on Adobe Sign to connect both services: Make and Adobe sign?

I pay for an Adobe for Teams licence, and every time I try to connect Adobe Sign, I get this error message:
