What does include the 150 transactions limit?

From the following page

I read there is 150 transactions limit per users for small business

From the following page

https://acrobat.adobe.com/uk/en/sign/pricing/plans.html

Although the price is -not very honestly- displayed per month, it seems actually to be paid upfront: £438.00 per user / year.

Am I right to say every transaction costs £438.00/150 =  £2.92 or am I missing something?

What happens if I use 150 transactions during my trial period, do I pay £438.00 for nothing or am I granted another 150 transactions?

Many thanks,

Tom

Also it seems that when an agreement is cancelled, it is still taken from the 150 transactions, but I can't find any confirmation of that in your documentation.

Is there a clear document somewhere, that explains what is a transaction and when it is deducted from the allocation?

I'd really like to know what I'm spending £2.92 for. Especially when your competitors offer unlimited amount transactions for a fraction of the cost.

Many thanks!
