What does the red exclamation point mean next to my recipient email mean?

What does the red exclamation point mean next to my recipient email mean when I am requesting a signature with e-sign? It says it is an invalid email but it is correct. Do i need to add this email to my contacts in Adobe?

Would you mind sharing the screenshot of where you get the red exclamation point?

Also, share the message that appears when you click on it.

If possible, share the email address in a private message so we can check it. You may also try sending a test email to the email address and check if you get any errors.
