I am trying to get a 14 MB file signed through this service and I keep getting a message that the file size exceeds the upload limit. What is the larges file size I can upload?

I would also recommend making this form much smaller. Keep in mind these eSign forms are often downloaded to a device and many devices are already pretty full with Apps, Photos, and Videos. You don't want to upset the signer by eating their available storage.

Try using less pixel-based images, fewer radio buttons and checkboxes (text fields are smaller). Sometimes I have them type a yes or no, or a rating number instead of hitting 1 - 10 (as radio buttons).

From the link above, it looks like all the max limits for eSign files is 10 MB.
