when I send a document to a my wifes iPAD 2, all of the sudden it is unable to send back

Suddenly my wife's ability to send a document back after signature stopped working on her iPAD 2 . It worked on 1 March, but now when she gets to the final screen to send back no "send" ( or egual)  button appears.
