When requesting signatures in Sign, the last signature field intermittently cannot be selected

Sometimes in Sign, happening across multiple users/computers and both Edge and Chrome, as each signature field is filled in the “next” prompt fails to progress to the final field.  The final field does not display and is not clickable, but the validation is intact so the document cannot be finalized, it recognizes that there is one field remaining.  The issue can sometimes be resolved by refreshing the page without making any changes to the document.

Looking for an explanation as to why this might be happening and if there are preventative measures.
