When trying to prepare and send agreement in Dynamics 365, I am getting error message
Hello,
Today, when I was trying to send an agreement through Dynamics 365 CRM, I am getting this message:
Agreement sending has failed. An error occured during Adobe Acrobat Sign API call -> CODE : INVALID_USER REASON : Invalid user ID or email provided in x-api-user header
It was working last week. When asked the Administrator, I was told that all is working fine, but I am still not able to send agreements for signature.
Can anybody assist?
