hi I have an active account and I get the same error message: "E-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." Please help.

We are sorry about the trouble.

 

The backend team can help with this. Please reach out to the Acrobat Sign support team, as they have access to the backend settings. Since we do not have access to the backend, there is not much we can do.
