Question

Where are the Adobe Sign templates stored after the user creates them?

Meenakshi, where are the Adobe Sign templates stored after the user creates them? Seems to me they are somewhere "in the cloud" i.e. on an Adobe server, but is that a different server to Acrobat DC? The Acrobat DC Pro user panel doesn't make it easy to find the template files the user has created. It sounds like downloading and storing locally is the only solution, which means a third party solution like DropBox or OneDrive will have to be used to share between teams. Do you agree? Am I missing something?

Hi Chrisb,

The templates that you create in the Adobe Sign saves on the Adobe Sign server. It is different from the Document Cloud storage that you get with Acrobat DC.

There is no direct way to save these templates on Document Cloud. However, whenever you use Adobe Sign service via Acrobat DC you can use these templates.

Hope the information answers your question.
