Where did the initals on all pages go?
I used to have the settings to initial all pages, show email address, and also put a blue line around all pages.

Hello Rick,
You can add initial fields in your document by going to Preview page and then placing the fields as needed. Is it possible to share the screenshot where it is not shown? Also, how exactly are you sending the documents?
As per the blue border, it was disabled with previous release.
