Where does the document go after the signer signs it?

I routed some docs to my director for her signature.  I walked her through the process but there was no "Done" or "Send" button so she just closed the tab.  I have not received the completed documents.  Where are they stored?  Is there some special action she needed to take after signing?

Hi Gstuart,

 

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

Once you add signature to the document, you need to click on the "Click to sign" that appears at the bottom of the window in blue tab. It appears only after adding signature to the document.

Check the screenshot below:

 

If you do not click on this, the document will still be there in the same account under waiting for signature.
