We checked the account using the email address you shared. You have an Acrobat Sign individual service plan with multiple features. However, it does not include API integration. We have checked your account with the email used to sign in here on the community.  It shows the Acrobat Pro team's plan which does not include the Acrobat Sign API integration feature.
