Why cant i send any documents any more?

my dash board does not look normal i have spent about 20 mins fighting with this trying to figure this out.

    I am having the same problem... all of a sudden my "send" button is gone. It also tells me that I do not have admin right to send docs... this just started.

    Yep, I have exactly the same issue. Just started recently. Send button was there previously and now it's not. I paid for an annual subscription in Feb so not out of date.

    Please review ASAP as we have urgent contracts to send.

    P.S. I'm getting the same "You are not authorized to send documents for signature. Please contact your account administrator." message as another user mentions above.

    Hello Longhornlockers,

    What exactly are you not able to view in Dashboard? Are you logging into Document Cloud E-Sign account with link:

    secure.echosign.com/public/login

    Please share more information regarding the issue you are facing.

    i can not send any documents out!

    i am attching 2 images 1 of what it should look like and then one with what i see.

    i am a day late in sending a document and seriously considering switching to DocUSign.
