Why choose adobe sign -vs- others plus some

I have to decide on a service to get documents signed and comparing docusign with adobe sign.

Adobe sign offers unlimited document for a individual account where docusign limits it to 5..

We dont send out many docs to sign so I just want one person t delegate getting these done.

Any imput on this ? will the service be the same as docusign?

Why get any other plan than the 9.99 a month plan?

Can I use a contact name such as Customer Rep as the name rather than a user name?
