Why do I not see megasign as an option under "Additional Functions" in the Dashboard?

I need to send the same document to over 100 people for individual signatures and it seems like megasign is the best option.  However, I do not have it as an option under Additional Functions in the dashboard.  I currently have the individual account.

Thanks,

Tom

Hello Tom,

The MegaSign feature is available in the business level account of E-Sign not in the individual account. You would need to upgrade it in order to use MegaSign functionality.

Hello tom,

We have Adobe Sign as part of the Enterprise Creative Adobe package but also need to use the MegaSign facility. How can this be obtained?

Hi Connierocha,

The Adobe Sign Individual license is part of the Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams and Enterprise licenses. To obtain the MegaSign functionality, you'd need to upgrade to our Adobe Sign Business license. For a full feature comparison list between both subscriptions, please go to: Compare Adobe Sign plans | Adobe Document Cloud

To upgrade your Adobe Sign license to the Business subscription with MegaSign, please reach out to your local Adobe Sign Sales team via: Adobe Sign plans for individuals and businesses | Adobe Document Cloud

Hope this helps!

Hi Rijul,

So the only way to do it without committing to an annual plan would be to do them manually? on an individual account you have unlimited send options?

Hi Yossi,

If you are having an individual plan, then you would need to provide email addresses one by one for each transaction. Also, the transactions sent out is limited.
