I have long documents to sign (20-50 pages) and it keeps stalling and wiping my info. Is there a way to save the information already there? What can I do to stop it from doing this? It's highly irritating.

Sorry for the delayed in response.
When you fill the form in Adobe Sign, it generally auto saves the information filled by you.
Please try once to clear the cache and cookies of the browser.
Relaunch the browser and then try to fill the form in Adobe Sign.
Also, try to use some alternate browser on your system.
