Why DOMO USE ONY and watermark is still on my agreement even I subscribed a pro plan?

I have subscribed to the Pro plan, but when I tested the e-signature feature, I noticed that the email title still contains [DEMO USE ONLY] and there is a watermark stating ‘SIGN TEST DOCUMENT’ in my agreement. Could you please advise on how to remove these, or let me know if there might be an issue with my account or plan?

Did you install the Premium features when you subscribed to Pro.

Make sure the user is logged into their Adobe account and then Go to 'Help' tab in your Acrobat Reader and choose 'Install premium features' from the drop-down menu.
