Why is there a lag while signing with esign?

The lag during signing makes it almost useless. I can't have clients slow down their signature so the software can keep up. I'm using a laptop with i7 cpu @ 2.6ghz with 8 gb ram and a touchscreen. Is this a touchscreen issue?

Hello Tim,

Just to confirm if the signer is signing the document in the browser or using E-Sign application? If he is using browser, then sometimes old cache and cookies tends to make the interaction slow. I would recommend to clear the cache and cookies of browser and also, make sure the browser is upgraded to latest version.

Let me know if still the issue persists.
