I'm getting the same message when sending a generated PDF document with more than 2 signers.

I don't have any issues with RTF document or some other PDFs. It also appears to be a recent problem.

Can you please provide any details on this?

is it possible to share the pdf you are trying to send? if you cannot share the pdf on a public forum, please log a support case.
