Why isn't my In-Person signing feature working on my iPad app?

It seems as though nothing is happening after I click "sign now" but apparently the document is being sent to the email instead of letting me sign immediately.

Hello Elizabeth,

Is it specific to a particular document or happens with all? In the meanwhile, can you try reinstalling the application?
