Hello,

does someone know if it is possible to create a widget with a pre-fill function (e.g. by sender) that can be first sent to person A for approval and then to person B and C for signature?

Thanks,
Jelena

Hi EVASchreiner,

Sorry for the delay in response to your query.

What you are looking for can not be achieved currently. So far, widget with pre-fill is not available. You can refer to the workaround shared in the similar discussion initiated here prefill widget using document template

Hope this helps.

Greetings!

Web Forms (or Widgets) are available at the enterprise and business service levels.

These types of web forms are typically embedded into a web page, or delivered a links to the potential signers.

Web forms of this nature are typically "signer initiated", meaning they are available until the signer elects to start the process. As such, they do not allow for pre-filling by the form author.
