Will I be able to tell if a contract that is out for signature is forwarded to a third party?

I received a contract to sign, specifically an independent contractor agreement, and I want to forward the email to my attorney for review. Will the sender be notified if I forward the email to a third party? If so, will they be able to see who received it? Thanks for your help!
