Will not let me sign

Hi,

I have been using Adobe sign for over 2 years through my organization, American Lung Association of the Northeast.  Suddenly it won't let me sign.  Please help as I have invoices and more that need to go through.

Please use the below link to Sign In to your Adobe Sign account after clearing Cache & Cookies from the web browser (prefer Google Chrome Incognito Window):

- Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign

If the issue persist, please share the screenshot of the error page.

Thank you.  Now what I do is, in signature box, I click draw then type and

that seems to make my signature appear.  I didn't have to do that in past.

Once you will Sign the document it will remember the Signature details and next time you won't have to type in again.
