Won't let client finish signing

Question

Hello!I have a client who had to sign and initial in several places. For some reason, it won't let them complete it. The document is saying there is one field remaining but they are unable to access it so they can sign. Any thoughts on how to coach them through it? I would rather not remake the document. Thank you!

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the delay in response.

As the user gets the message "there is one field remaining", please ask the signer to use the Next button when he/ she starts filling up the form. It will take the signer to each field in a page ascending order on the document.
