work well just as internal app for embedding signature in pdf ?
We need more of an embedded internal signature/approval on a document process - than something to send to customers for them to sign. We would like to workflow a PDF internally thru SFDC to get approval, and then keep that approval embedded in the PDF while it goes to a customer . When the doc it comes back as an order (unfortunately it won't come back electronically signed), we want to be able to "see" that it was an internally approved.proposal. We have 35 field sales that will send proposals to 3-5 sales managers who would "approve" them for use. SO we don't need all of the normal "I am sedning this contract for upi to sign" functions taht often don't result in a printable document showing the signature. Will Echo Sign handle this, or is it for bigger processes?
