Workday Adobe E-sign

Hi,

We are using adobe e-sign in Workday to sign some forms. At times the e-sign misses the timestamp.

Can you please advise on what factors is the timestamps dependent on? Is it local desktop time, some adobe setting, or type of signature like if you draw or e-sign etc.

Please advise.
