Workday/Adobe Integration Erro

Users sign offer documents and Adobe portal shows signed, but Workday doesn't update and continue on with the business process. It still says "awaiting action" by candidate to sign offer letter. This randomly stopped working for us. There hasn't been any issues recorded in the past on this and candidates were able to sign and continue on with the business process. 

What could this issue be? I believe it might be on the Adobe side.
