Workflow Designer - Emails & Preview

Couple of questions related to WD:

1 - Is there a way to disable, under the Emails section of Workflow Designer, the ALWAYS option for Recipients - Agreement moves to the next signer & Delegate - Signer Delegates?

2 - Is there a way to preview the agreement when using a workflow like there is when you just use the send functionality?
