Workflow with an extra doc to be signed only by second recipient

I have a workflow with two template docs.

The first doc must be signed by both recipients

The second one is designed with only a Signature for Recipient2

I would have expected that the second would be signed by Recipient2, instead Recipient1 is required to sign using the Signature Field devised for Recipient2.

i am aware of easy route is invert Recipient 1 and 2, but there are legal reasons for that order
