working as a group to send documents for signature and folloup

we are a team using Acrobat Sign for signatures.
All works fine but we would like to akt as a team and for that we would like to be able
to send the documents and anyone of our group should be able to see all documents
that where send by anyone of this group and in case of vacation, sickness,... be able to
send reminder and so on. But we have also individual documents that should not be seen
by the others as we use it as well for internal purposes like expenses.
How do we need to setup Acrobat Sign for Teams so that we all can have access to
all the documents that were sent as a team member?
