Wrong name populated when signature was requested

I sent a doc for signature and the signatory said his wife's name autopopulated when he went to sign it.  So now I have the incorrect (wife's) name on the doc.  How can he correct it?  I have too many signatures on the doc to send out again to everyone for signature....

suggest to contact support, as they may want to have a look at the agreement itself.

Support said they had no training in this program.  No joke.  They directed me to the forums....
