I don't have the "send" option in my tabs and I got a message saying, "You are not authorized to send documents for signature. Please contact your account administrator." I'm the only user for this account. What's the problem?

I see that your Adobe Sign account was canceled due to billing issue & it got fixed once you purchased the Adobe Sign subscription.
