I am a paid user of Adobe Echo Sign.... Since some time I am getting this "You are not authorized to send documents for signature. Please contact your account administrator." Any help?

Hi RUKE,

I have checked your account details and I can see that the your EchoSign Pro account status is currently showing cancelled account, it could be billing related issue or bad card n file.

Please login to your EchoSign account & update the billing status or you can contact us at Support | eSign services from Adobe in order to get this issue fixed.

Morning

 

i am having this same issue, but what makes it worse is that when i try to sign in using this link Support | eSign services from Adobe (from above answer) it doesn't acknowledge the email address even exists.

 

Any ideas please?

Me too, same issue, usually there are 5 documents to sign for free, but it seems not to work. I had a trial Plan in summer, as for my doctoral studies I need some more documents during lockdown. Adobe PDF shows that i have (logged in) 5 Dokuments for free at the moment, but as soon as i try "You are not authorized to send documents for signature. Please contact your account administrator." pops up. The Problem, I can not find any chat funktion or telefonnummer if if one follows the links labels with "get helt from real people" (althroug im logged in everywere). Please help, it's urgent. Melina

Same issue,did someone found a solution ?

Everything worked fine in Adobe Reader, but since I subscribed to 2 months of Adobe Acrobat Pro and then switched back to the free version it no longer works.
