You are not permitted to add that email address to your account & user already exists

Hi Experts,

My SAP CLM ( Contract Lifecycle Management ) System is integrated with Echosign system by SAP itself and we are testing the functionality.

Everything is working fine and I am able to send documents for signature from CLM system and the recipients are able to sign the document and even getting all the history information and status of it.

But I am  facing issues in below 2 cases,

1. For a particular user,whenever user is sending the document for signature,  we are getting the error:- "You are not permitted to add that email address to your account".

2. For another user,who already have account created himself, whenever user is sending the document for signature, we are getting the error:- "User already exists: xyz@xyz.com"


For issue 1 , I googled and found the link Managing your Account which seems to have answer, but unfortunately that link seems to be outdated.

Any help would be great.
