I cant login in to Acrobat Sign despite having an active Creative Cloud subscription.  

 



The solution stated here not helping as clicking the realtime chat option bring back to the same Acrobat Sign login page and the loop continues from the warning message to the rest.

Is it a license you pay for thru adobe.com or thru a company?
