Your Image could not be processed. Create Your signature using another method, or try again later.

Question

One of our user having this error while selecting image from sigature dailog box.

Error Message: "Your Image could not be processed. Create Your signature useing another method, or try again later."

We have already tested this option with other users and that is working fine, but this error occurs to this user only (till know), he had tried again and again but still same error.

Do anyone have solution for this error?

Please let us know if the user experiences this issue only with a particular document or with all.

Did you send the document for signature, or has the user received it from a different source?

Share the steps the user does the add the signature. It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording for the same.
