어도비 전자 서명 진행 중 문의사항이 있습니다.

Question

현재 어도비 pro 및 sign을 구독하여 프로그램을 사용중에 있습니다.

동일한 프로그램을 사용중인데 전자 서명을 요청하는 절차가 컴퓨터마다 상이합니다.

어떻게 설정을 해야 하는걸까요?

전사 서명 수신인을 지정하는 절차도 아래와 같이 상이합니다.

(컴퓨터 1에서 보이는 전자 서명 요청 화면)

(컴퓨터2에서 보이는 전자 서명 요청 화면)

또한 컴퓨터 1과 같이 진행하게 되면 전자 서명을 삽입할 위치도 지정이 불가합니다.

어떻게 해결할 수 있나요? 확인 부탁드립니다.

Thank you for reaching out.

Both versions are correct. If you go ahead with Computer 1, please add the email address in the recipients field, and after that, you will get options below. Click on "More options". It will redirect you to the page where you can add the recipients. Then click the "Preview & add fields" button at the bottom. You can add the form fields to the document on the next page.
