The overall quality of the photo isn't that good, so I doubt it will pass.

When viewed at 100% you can see this:

Noise, not sharp focus... I would say the quality of the lens that you used isn't that good.

Composition could also be improved.

Also the sky has a lot of noise, it needs sharpening and the tree on the right should be cropped out. Also, there is too much empty space. Use the Rule of Thirds!
