遠距離から撮影した景色（川を挟んで向こう側にビルがある場合など）は撮影許可など取るのが難しいですがプロパティーリリースは必要なのでしょうか？

If buildings in a cityscape or landscape are photographed from a distance, a property release is generally not required. It would still be wise to remove any noticeable logos that might be visible on the buildings.
