17 years stock oldtimer with suspented account

Hello everyone,
My name is Paweł
I have been working with stock platforms for almost 17 years, and I’ve been with Adobe for 7 years. Today, I received an email from Adobe informing me that my account has been suspended. This is the first time in my career that I’ve encountered something like this.
Since I transitioned to full-time work as a 3D artist in game development, I haven’t had time to upload anything new, and I haven’t uploaded anything for the last 1.5 years. So, I’m even more surprised that my account has been suspended.

I am very eager for my account to be fully reinstated so that I can use it again. From what I’ve learned, this is happening to many people, and getting in touch with support is nearly impossible, with some waiting months before receiving any kind of response.
I kindly ask that someone from support contact me to resolve this situation.

I’ve been with stock platforms almost from the beginning, and it feels really bad that I was removed overnight, with the only option being to submit a form through the website and wait months for a reply and for someone to review my case.

Best regards,
Paweł Tałajkowski

Update: I got my account back. It went very smoothly. For future reference, for those whose accounts get suspended, remember to use the proper form to contact support. You can use the form that appears on the screen with the message saying your account has been blocked, but you're likely to get an automated response there. Instead, use this link: https://www.adobe.com/trust/transparency.html
Thanks to everyone!

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum, so will receive no response from Adobe. You must reply to the "contact us" link on your account page, and Adobe will reply when they have completed the investigation into your account. Unfortunately, due to the large number of suspended accounts they are reviewing at any one time, this may take a long time. It could be days or it could be weeks before you receive a response.
