I submitted this shot it came back as quality issuse then I re-submittied came back as intellectual property refusal

As for the quality issue, it's underexposed and appears to have a greenish tint if my eyes are working correctly this morning. The IP refusal is the result of not having property releases for the trailers. You would need them, just as you would need one for an actual home.

but this time its not quality issuses I have many Rv's on my page so i'm not sure about property releases for them bc i never had property releases

It may depend on the moderator's understanding of when a property release is required. From my point of view, an RV is a home, or at least a home away from home, and could conceivably require a release. I'd make the quality corrections, look for any logos on the RVs, and try again. That's one option.
