2 of my assets were removed from my portfolio. Reason — intellectual property violation

Hi everyone,
Today I received an email from Adobe Stock saying that 2 of my assets were removed from my portfolio after a re-review. The notification stated a specific reason — intellectual property violation. However, no evidence or further details were provided. Has anyone else experienced this? What could be the reasons for removing an asset after it was already accepted? Could it really be related to intellectual property or something else? I would greatly appreciate your thoughts and advice.

Pink pumpkins aren't unique. Stock has approx 96,000 of them.

A 3rd party may have sent Stock an infringement notice. It wouldn't be the first time AI users have taken work by other AI users (content & prompts). Midjourney has Mega plans with Stealth Mode to hide AI products from public view. If you didn't protect your work initially, there's not much you can do about it now.

Did you include any trademarked words in titles and keywords? Did you create these assets yourself?

The name was like this
Cute pink watercolor pumpkin with green stem and happy smiling face, perfect for Halloween decor, autumn parties, and playful seasonal projects. Vector illustration.
Keywords was like this
watercolor, vector, pumpkin, purple, cute, smile, face, autumn, fall, seasonal, harvest, decor, illustration, design, handdrawn, art, creative, romantic, soft, adorable, whimsical, child, kids, cartoon, character, fun, playful, holiday, october, celebration, ornament, fruit, vegetable, girly, charming, happy, smiling, funny, pink

It was AI-generated by me in a paid editor with a proper license, and I personally vectorized the result. The work is fully original and does not copy or use any third-party intellectual property.

They may have selected the wrong reason for rejection. That happens occasionally. See what @RALPH_L said and try resubmitting. HOWEVER: that cute little smile with the little corners on each end? It's trademarked by The Smiley Company. That may be the reason. One of mine was rejected likewise, although mine was even more like the original smiley face.

Are those original files? If so, the reason should have been quality. I see some artifacts when magnified over 200%.

No, these are not the original files. And the reason is intellectual property violation. But I don't understand how I violated intellectual property.

I can read. Often, the selected reason is not correct. The moderators make mistakes too. It is essential for us to see the original files so that we can rule out quality reasons.
