4 Illustrations not reviewed after a month

Ive uploaded more than 12 illustrations and 4 of them are sitting now for more than a month in review, is there an issue in my account in this case? someone please help.

I checked and i followed all guidelines while posting them and some of them
i uploaded almost 2 months ago. Ive uploaded ai illustrations before and
nothing took too much time like these.

Review of photos and vector graphics appear to be taking 5 - 10 business days.

Generative AI could take 2 months (or perhaps longer) due to the sheer quantity of submissions in the wait queue. If you want faster turn-around, maybe don't submit so much Generative AI. 😉

An account problem can be handled only by direct contact with Contributor Support.

I do 3D renders and i have some images wich was uploaded 19 days ago, and still not checked by platform

Please tell us: are they generative AI? If so, it's quite normal, as there is a considerable backlog currently in the review queue. Check if they are not waiting for some additional information, like a release.

yes they are ai. but how can i check if they are waiting for additional information? also is the release required for every photo i upload?

it doesnt show a person, allot of ai pictures with a similar idea were accepted idk what's the problem. i think my account needs review.

You must read and comply with ALL of the requirements for submitting Generstive AI assets. (See above link posted by @Abambo). If you do not do so, all of them will be rejected by the Moderator when they finally rise to the top of the moderation queue. So you might as well delete them now and re-upload, respecting all of Adobe's rules for such asset types.
