41 Original AI Clips Rejected as "Copied" – Need Moderator Help

Hi everyone, I'm hoping an Adobe moderator can look into an issue where 41 of my AI-generated video clips were rejected for allegedly being "copied or unoriginal." I am the sole creator of these assets; I write custom prompts to generate the base visuals using Nanobanana 2 and Gemini Omni Flash, and then I personally edit and upscale the final videos to 1080p/4K in CapCut.

I always ensure the "Generative AI" box is checked during submission, so I'm confused by this false positive and am happy to provide my prompt history or raw files to prove authorship. Has anyone else experienced this recently, and could a moderator please escalate my account to the review team for a manual check?

Best,

Iosef P.

    Common Reasons for content refusal:

How to avoid Similar Content refusals:

Before submitting, compare your best work with current Stock inventory to see if 1) Stock needs it, and 2) if yours is better and more unique than what Stock is selling. Consider changing the keyword order. Place less common keywords on top.

Intellectual Property is a potential legal issue. Content containing trademarked or copyright protected logos, brands and designs. See below for more details.

Keep in mind that all GenAI learning models are trained on existing data. Nothing is 100% original because GenAI mashes up content derived from other people’s work. The chance of overlap is much higher than you think.

Post a couple of images here rejected for IP and we can take a look.

I’ve never seen a rejection for something being “copied and unoriginal,” unless it’s a new one. Did you mean “similar content” as the more general heading? This has been a common reason for rejection for a nearly a year for many contributors.

In any event, we are contributors like yourself on this forum and can not be of assistance. The decision of the moderators is generally final and requesting an escalation is rarely if ever taken into consideration.
