4K video approved, HD version rejected

Hello everyone. I've uploaded two versions of one video, one in 4K resolution, one in HD (I've seen Adobe Stock offering both formats of a single clip)

The 4K version of my submission was approved but the HD version was rejected. Any hints on why this might be so?

Should I only submit the 4K version? Does Adobe Stock take care of its own HD down-conversions?

Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Only submit the 4K version. The system automatically converts to HD for customers that want that size. Submitting multiple copies of the same content in different format is prohibited. If you have multiple copies of other content online, please delete the HD versions asap as this can lead to your account being blocked if left unattended.

Kind regards,

Thanks so much Mat for your prompt and helpful response.

I just deleted one additional HD duplicate, thanks for the warning too. I'll only upload 4K in the future.
