Question

500 different files are being rejected

Hi everyone,

I have uploaded around 500 video files to Adobe Stock which are almost all rejected. I have attached 3 examples of files with the titles and keywords to shows you what I did. The reason for rejection is for all the same, it's about the keywords, title or language. What do I do wrong? I have been sending in video files for a longer time and previously they where almost always good.

Thanks for the help!

UK/United Kingdom, York/Yorkshire are synonyms.  Choose 5-8 of the very best keywords and eliminate the rest.

York/Yorkshire are synonyms.

York is the city, Yorkshire is the county. They are not synonyms. UK ist an abreviation of United Kingdom, I would also use both, and United Kingdom as one keyword, as that is a documented exception to the keyword rules.

The same is with the US/USA/United States/United States of America.

Look for duplicate keywords of the kind of "a, b, a b". If you have a black tower, the keyword should be "black" and "tower", but not in addition "black tower".

These aren't in the rehected tab; they're in the "Herinnering" tab which I believe means memory or reminder. That means they need a release.

Yes, it's the reminder tab. But you get also send to the reminder to cure your titles or keywords, not only for releases.

What language did you select for the title and keywords? It must match the keywords.

Hi Ralph, the language is on English. I always use some local tags, next to the english basic tags, such as the name of the city since all my footage is based on the location I have filmed.
